Nihal Prasad
Mr. Nihal Nandlal Prasad is a dedicated roller skating coach and sports educator with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the President and Founder of the Mumbai Suburban Roller Skating Taluka Association and Vice President of the Mira Bhayender Roller Skating Association. Actively associated with key skating bodies like TDRSA, SAM, NMTDRSA, and RSFI, he has coached and led teams at district, state, national, and international levels. A national gold medalist and black belt in martial arts, he has earned recognition in multiple record books including the Limca, India, and Asia Book of Records. With experience in reputed schools and a strong educational background, his mission is to develop world-class skaters who can represent India globally.

Kshitij Shivmurti Singh is an accomplished skating coach and sports educator with extensive experience in speed skating, skate dance, and artistic skating. He is the President of the Mira Bhayander Roller Skating Association and Founder of JS Roller Sports Academy, with a career spanning over two decades in coaching and sports development. A national gold medalist and Guinness World Record holder, Kshitij has been a key figure in promoting roller sports in Maharashtra and has served as a coach, referee, and technical committee member at district, state, and national levels.

BIGGNER LEVEL
- Beginner Level Skating – European Style
- At our sessions, we follow the Fun & Learn concept to introduce kids to skating the European way!
- 1. Warm-Up: Light stretches and playful activities to prepare the body.
- 2. Basics: Focus on balance, posture, and small strides. Practice smooth gliding and controlled stops.
- 3. Fun Activities: Obstacle courses and interactive games like tag to improve coordination.
- Creative drills that combine skill-building with enjoyment. Encourage kids with positive feedback and small rewards, kids enjoy learning while mastering essential skating skills!
ADAVANCE LEVEL
- 1. Perfect Basics: Focus on stance, balance, and speed control (T-stops, power slides).
- 2. Try Advanced Tricks: Practice jumps (bunny hops, 180°), slides, and spins.
- 3. Improve Speed & Endurance: Do interval sprints and long-distance skating.
- 4. Master Backward Skating: Learn backward strides, crossovers, and spins.
- 5. Work on Slalom: Practice advanced cone tricks and footwork.
- 6. Join Advanced Training: Consider coaching for freestyle, speed, or artistic skating.
- 7. Wear Safety Gear: Always protect yourself with proper gear.
- 8. Compete: Challenge yourself in competitions for growth.
SPEED SKATING
- 1. On-Skate Training
- Technique: Focus on stride length, crossover drills, and low body posture.
- Speed Work: Intervals (e.g., 200m, 400m sprints) + flying laps.
- Endurance: Long-distance skating at a steady pace (e.g., 5-10km).
- Cool Down: Slow skating + static stretching.
- 2. Off-Skate Training
- Strength: Squats, lunges, and core exercises.
- Flexibility: Daily stretching and mobility work.
